Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Alammar VIP Transfer, as the data controller, informs you as follows.
Purpose of Processing
The name, phone, email (if provided), route, date/time, and passenger information you share in this form are processed to evaluate your transfer request, contact you, and provide the requested service.
Collection Method and Legal Basis
Your data is collected electronically when you fill out and submit this form, based on your explicit consent and on the necessity of performing the service you requested.
Transfer
When you submit the form, your information is sent directly to us through your own WhatsApp application, which uses WhatsApp/Meta Platforms, Inc. infrastructure. Your data is not shared with or sold to any third party beyond providing the service, and it is not stored in any database.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request its deletion within the conditions set by law, object to a result arising from analysis solely through automated systems, and request compensation if you suffer damage.
